Hi, I’m Nicole — and I help women reconnect with their bodies through gentle, anti‑inflammatory movement

For years, I pushed through pain, inflammation, and stress because I thought “strong” meant “keep going.” After spinal surgery and a long healing journey, I learned that real strength is soft, intentional, and deeply connected to the nervous system.

Now I guide women who feel inflamed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies back into a place of calm mobility and grounded strength.
